LeanCalc (https://leancalc.com) owns or licenses the text, design, branding, layout, and original software used to operate the calculators and pages on this Site, except where third-party materials are used under licence (for example fonts or embedded scripts from service providers).

User-generated content: LeanCalc’s calculators process information you type in your browser to show results. We do not operate a public gallery of user uploads. Information you enter is not treated as content you licence to us for republication unless you submit it to us explicitly (for example through a contact form).

Respect for copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of the Site to do the same. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.

DMCA takedown notices

If you are a copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of one, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Your notice should include, as required by law:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
Identification of the material on our Site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example the URL);
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore material in accordance with the DMCA if appropriate.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

“LeanCalc” and related branding are trademarks of LeanCalc. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
